Public Noncommercial Utility Company “Lviv City polyclinic №3” made agreements
with National health service of Ukraine, in which different packages of medical service
are described, in order to give to the patients free medical health service.

Medical service package – is a term in the healthcare sphere, which determines an
explicit list of definite medical services as well as medications, that are necessary for
giving certain medical help.

We inform you that in our polyclinic the patients have a right for having medical
services within these packages:

First aid

Pregnancy follow-up in outpatient department

Mobile palliative medical care for adults and children

Prophylaxis, diagnostics, follow-up, treatment and rehabilitation in outpatient department

Follow-up and treatment of adults and children with tuberculosis on the primary level
of medical care

Hysteroscopy

Esophagogastroduodenoscopy

Cystoscopy

Colonoscopy

Mammography

Medical rehabilitation of adults and children from three years old with damaged
muscular-skeletal system

Follow-up and treatment of adults and children with with mental disorders on the primary levelof medical care

Rehabilitation assistance to adults and children in outpatient settings

​​​The patient must have an electronic referral given by their family doctor or attending
medical doctor in order to get the medical services listed above for free. We would also
like to bring to notice that one can get paid medical services in our polyclinic.
